Academy Appraisal, INC is a medium sized appraisal firm located in Bucks County, PA. The company was created in 1994 by a few partners and grew into the family owned and operated business that it is today. Currently the company maintains multiple commercial and residential appraisers as well as a full-time support staff to expedite the appraisal process. Our appraisers are regionally specific in order to fulfill geographic competency and provide the most accurate value.

The firm is proud to serve 8 counties in Pennsylvania including; Bucks County, Berks County, Chester County, Delaware County, Lehigh County, Montgomery County, Northampton County and Philadelphia County.

Academy Appraisals, INC has also been completing residential and commercial  appraisals for nearly 20 years in five New Jersey Counties (Atlantic County, Mercer County, Burlington County, Camden County and Gloucester County)

Reinforced by a number of full-time support staff we aim to provide the most accurate appraisals with the quickest turn times in the region.
